Denver University Park & University Hills Real Estate
University Park
University Park is the more popular Denver neighborhood since it is close to downtown and its amenities. Homes in University Park were built in the 40’s and 50’s with custom-built features. Newer homes in University Park tend to be larger with more square footage. One bedroom homes start in the low $100,000’s and three bedroom homes range in the upper $300,000 to $450,000. Luxury homes in University Park run more in the $1 million range with 4 -5 bedrooms.
University Hills
University Hills single-family homes start in the high $100,000s, while condominiums and townhouses in this neighborhood are priced from below $100,000. There are a variety of home styles from craftsmen style homes, large Victorian estates, to trendy condos near the Denver University. At the intersection of Hampden and University, an old seminary is currently undergoing a conversion into townhouses and high-rise condominiums that will be for sale.
